After the first six months of data from the Spring Health partnership, Highmark Health is looking to expand the program to include treatment for substance use disorders (SUD) and introduce an employee assistance program (EAP) in 2025. The addition of an EAP will also ensure that individuals who require short-term support can transition smoothly into long-term care without having to start over with a new provider.
