Emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, are also poised to play a significant role in the mental health field. AI and other tools are expected to help streamline processes, improve efficiency, and make mental health resources more accessible to a wider range of people. “But new resources and opportunities will continue to rise to fill in these gaps, including the use of AI and other tools,” Wu shares. These innovations could be key in improving how mental health services are delivered, making them more personalized and efficient for both patients and providers.
